For UK orders, Crafty Penguin uses tracked Royal Mail First Class delivery. Once dispatched, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for your order to arrive.
International Orders

I accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the product does not meet your expectations. To return an item, please ensure it is shipped via registered mail with a tracking number. Note that return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility, and returns without tracking will not be accepted.
